Motorcycle Accidents

Motorcyclists occupy a particularly vulnerable position on Ontario roads. The most common scenario we see at WOLFE LAWYERS are automobiles and SUVs turning left across the path of an oncoming motorcycle. This typically results in a “t-bone” collision where the front wheel of the motorcycle impacts the passenger side of the turning vehicle. This can produce devastating crush injuries to the motorcyclist’s hands and lower limbs.

Sometimes skill and experience can allow a motorcyclist to steer around the other vehicle. However, this frequently involves dropping the motorcycle which can lead to the dreaded “road rash” or worse - fractured ankles or wrists.

At WOLFE LAWYERS we understand the unique aspects of motorcycle accidents and the injuries that can occur. If you are a motorcyclist who has been injured in a collision
contact us for a free consultation on how we can put our expertise to work for you.
